Carlos Celdran's Escolta & Old Manila Walking Tour

Here's a fresh, new entry! Minsan lang to haha. I am just so excited to share with all of you how fruitful and amazing my Sunday last week was. Spent that day learning about history, reliving the past, admiring world class architecture, re-igniting our love for the country and imagining how Manila once was. How? Well, when Carlos Celdran announced on Facebook that he'll be doing an Escolta & Old Manila tour on a weekend, I knew I just had to be there. I've always been a huge fan of Carlos. I joined his Intramuros and Imelda tour before and they were such a huge hit. His storytelling skills' just phenomenal. Perfect din 'coz I had no ASAP that day (Mother ZsaZsa is leaving for New York to shoot their new teleserye) and my pulmonologist cleared me to leave the house again. I convinced my cousins, Nico, sis & bro-in-law to come too, so I had our slots reserved. Here are stories through photos!

PART 2: SUMMER KICKOFF IN BOHOL WITH NIVEA SUN PROTECTS

So during the PR Session, we were all given our group assignments. Luckily, I was in the same group with Tracy! After the trivia game (we lost, but we had a pretty nice score so okay lang hehe) each team was asked to choose between land or water activities through draw lots. Looking back to our Roxy Fitness Camp experience, we assumed that the water challenges were harder than land. We were wrong!!! Our team got land and all of us had an extremely hard time deciding which challenge to do. I was torn between the Pentagon (where I need to do 6 challenges) or the zip bike (just 1 challenge but not for the faint of heart or those who are scared of heights). I was the last to choose (ambagal ko kasi eh! and no one wanted the zip bike) but in the end, I decide to do the Zip Bike! One time big time challenge. It also helped knowing that my gf Ana is doing it too. Yey! Stories through photos starting with my OOTD...

Part 1: Summer Kickoff in Bohol with NIVEA Sun Protects

It's amazing how when I hear the brand NIVEA, it immediately equates to SUMMER & FUN. Maybe it's because of their yearly summer kick-off out of town adventures that I've heard so much of. It has also become one of my summer/trip staples, especially when there's sun exposure involved. So, when Pao of Eon sent me an invite to be part of their 2016 Nivea Sun Protects Summer Kickoff event in Bohol, I said yes in a heartbeat! Double rainbow excitement and fun pa when I found out that all of us "Clingies" are invited and we're staying at my favorite hotel in Bohol, BELLEVUE! First time I was there, it was for work (as a stylist for their campaign shoot). This time, I am going with friends and blogger loves! The Clingies have been meaning to go on an adventure together, so this was the perfect way to start our year and jumpstart our plan! Without further ado, here are photos from our intense and super fun trip starting with what I wore!

Hong Kong & Macau, Day 5: Nan Lian Garden, Chi Lin Nunnery & Victoria Peak

Hello again! So to recap, I went on an 8-day adventure in Hongkong and Macau last January and it didn't cost us much to go sightseeing, pig out and enjoy at the same time. On our last full day in Hong Kong, we decided to take it easy and not strictly follow our itinerary. We didn't want any stress on our last day in the city. Even if we all woke up a little late (around 12pm), we still pushed through with our original plan to visit and check out Nan Lian Garden and Chi Lin Nunnery at Diamond Hill. We also took a quick trip to Victoria Peak to see the beautiful Hong Kong skyline at night. Stories through photos starting with my outfit that day!:)

Hong Kong & Macau 2016, Day 4: Disneyland + Central

Hello! How are you guys??? Your Ate niyo Aisa/Pax is still a little sick, but at least I'm not a prisoner anymore. Hehe. I have so much to share with you guys, but after nalang my travel posts. Haha. Anyway, speeding things up so I can get back to my Asia posts ulit. Bagan awaits!

So here's what happened on our 4th day in Hong Kong! Since this trip was mostly budget, Disneyland was not really on top of our list of places to visit. Or Oceanpark. Those places are perfect for first-timers and tourists with kids. Since my sis and I had been there before and Nico is not really an amusement park kind of guy, we agreed to consider them if we have extra money nalang. After all, a ticket to Disneyland costs more or less P3,300 per person, Oceanpark costs P2,200. To cut this long story short, we still made it to the happiest place on Earth! AND, we didn't even pay a single cent. Ito na ata yung right time to use the #BLESSED. Lol! My mom's sister hooked us up with a family friend who works in Disney and he gave us free tickets! All three of us. Thank you, Lord! And thanks Tito Chito. :) Photos and stories below starting with my OOTD that day...

Take a Bow

A solo OOTD post for a change! Haha. I'm a little better now after getting sick for more than a week. I still have coughing fits but it's now manageable. Anyway, 2 weeks ago, I attended the Creamsilk Transformations event at the World Trade Center. It's a good thing my package from GoBuy arrived a few days before, so I was able to wear something nice to the event! Should have worn dressier shoes, though. But, can't seem to stop wearing my new KEDS x Kate Spade pair. I'm obsessed. Photos below!

Hong Kong & Macau 2016, Day 3: Lantau Island & Mongkok

While some of my cousins are out with my jowa, partying in Makati, I chose to stay at home nalang and rest some more. So proud of myself! Haha. My visitors (mom, sis, bro-in-law, sis-in-law) just left, leaving me bored again. Haha. So, eto na, more travel posts! Here's what happened on our 4th day in Hong Kong! Photos and stories below...
