Penshoppe Denim Lab Show + Sandara Park

I love how Penshoppe pushes boundaries everytime through their world-class endorsers (Lucky Blue Smith, Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Sean O'Pry, Mario Maurer, etc) and new style releases! Last month, they showcased their new Denim Lab Collection through a grand fashion show at the Trinoma Activity Center with a very special guest, Penshoppe endorser & Pop Superstar Sandara Park! I was so sad that I missed her presscon but I still went to the show because I am a fan! Love her. Here are photos from the event...

Wrangler's 40th Year Thanksgiving SALE!

Calling all denim lovers and hardcore Wrangler fans!!! Something exciting is happening on Saturday and you wouldn't want to miss it! Promise. Swear. Sorry puro exclamation point but I just can't contain my joy and excitement over this news. Let me make it short and sweet. WRANGLER is celebrating their 40th year on November 21, by holding a P995 (omg db?!) sale which applies to ALL their denim products --pants and shorts! Gaaaah!!! It's their way of saying THANK YOU to all those who patronize their products and made their brand a success. Here are photos from the media launch! 

Sneakin' In Denim

After my blogging streak last night, got inspired to blog more tonight!!! I just bought a new "work" table (on sale at SM Hypermart haha), placed it at the corner of my room and now I'm feeling more inspired to blog! I realized I feel more burnt out when I try to do online tasks while lying down in bed. Not a good idea. Trust me. Haha. I either end up dozing off or watching a movie nalang hence accomplishing nothing. So, a table is really the best way to goooo. I'm still busy though. This is hell week for me until early next week. I've got meetings, pullouts and shoots. Haven't had a good night sleep for days now. I just recovered from a bad headache. Again. Boooo. 

Anyway, here are pretty recent outfit photos! I have never worn sneaker wedges in my life, but that didn't stop me from trying it out even just for a day. It's comfy as hell pala! SKECHERS sent me a cute pair from their new collection and here's how I styled it!

This is the best way I could style this pair while keeping true to my personal style--vintage! Lakas maka 90s db? Denim on denim na oversized jacket pa... complete with embroidery and beads. Haha. I think the shoes would also look nice with leggings and then oversized polo or shirt. Nooooh? I'll do that combo next time. 

Anywaaay, I wanna include my food chronicles here but will just do a separate post for that nalang. For now, I'll work on my super overdue Victoria Court birthday post so I could share all the epicness & awesomeness that happened with all of you! Abangan! Hope I don't fall asleep though. Have a long day tomorrow! Doing pullouts and then will head to Rusty Lopez's office in Marikina to pre-style for their campaign shoot! Excited for their new endorser. Hunk!!! Haha. Okie, need to edit pics na. Ciao! Labyuuuu! :)

Denim Obsession

I will never forget how I'd frequent Giordano when I was in Highschool to buy their signature women's and men's shirt called Giordano Classics--the one with an embroidery of a tiny person on the right chest? I think that's the only shirt I wore (alternating colors) back then. I also remember how I'd save up just to be able to  buy their signature socks (coz the one from Marks & Spencer was super expensive)--the one embroidered with a white frog and came in packs of three? But most of all, I clearly remember how we all owned a pair of Giordano pants or shorts and how it stood the test of time! I owned quite a number of hand me downs from my dad! (yup he's that thin and I loved wearing loose pants back then lol).  Fast forward to now, Giordano has evolved, improved. The classics we loved may not be there anymore, but the denims they've been known for just came back with a bang! Anyway, here's what I chose from the store. Wore this to an eventful day! Thank you Giordano:)

I wanted a fresh, clean look so I decided to pair my denim top with this white pants (1st white pants that fits me perfectly!!!). Opted to wear my super comfy neon wedges from Primadonna for a pop of color. :) The top comes in 2 other shades (darker) and the pants is available in other colors too. They have a lot of great basics in the store which I'm sure you'd all love. Even Karylle loves it!:)

Denim Madness

I'm back from my 3 days melancholic Bacolod trip. But before I post some photos of my Uncle's wake&burial, I will first share with you some outfit shots (and then some) we took in between. This is me showcasing my new Ichigo shoes--which I love love love. I am not very much a fan of pointy shoes BUT this I like because it's denim and it is comfortable to walk/stand in. *Pardon my zombie like face, it's so difficult to werk(!) it if you haven't slept for more than 24 hours*
