Bomberman

Hello my loves! Where are you guys now? I hope you're all with your loved ones, enjoying these few days off from work and school but never forgetting what this season is really about, HIM. :) Anyway, I'm now in Marikina, blogging on my parent's sofa while watching Silver Linings Playbook and munching on Burger Machine chili burger & sansrival. This is the life. Haha. So here's what I wore to a family gathering yesterday.

Ralph Lauren thrifted sweater, Wardrobe Check jacket, Pretty Little Blings necklace, Wrangler pants,  Berry Lush nude pumps

Everyone should at least own 1 pair of white pants or jeans! Love this one from Wrangler.

My first printed bomber jacket! Hehe. Thanks Winnie of Wardrobe Check for this 80s inspired style. You know me too well hihi.

Nude pumps goes well with everything!

Still thinking of more ways to style this wonderful pants. Hit me up with your ideas!:) Anyway, back to random ramblings....

I'm currently working on an exciting project and feature for successful app and their makers, Videofyme! I, together with other people all over the world, was asked to create a "7 days in my life" video which will be featured online and will be used as sample when the app officially launches. I'm really excited coz this is kinda new to me. Can't wait to show you guys what I come up with! This app is already available on itunes and google play, so it would be amazing if you could check it out. Some bloggers have turned to outfit videos and they're really good. Try it!

Will be posting more blog entries tomorrow, but for now have to recharge by sleeping. But before that, time for some way-past-midnight snacks! Heee. Take care everyone! Praying for all of you. Happy Good Friday:)

Bows & Sparkle

Hello, hello! Here's a quick random post before I head out again. Just came back from a quick trip to Aurora Boulevard for Chloe's continuous enhancements. Heehee. Anyway, been spending time with cousins and childhood friends and neighbors here in Cubao lately. Sometimes, I get so caught up in the fashion and blogging world that I forget how simple & fun it is to hang out with them. Spending the rest of my Friday night bonding with them (meaning walang katapusang asaran) over cold beer. Haha. How's your Friday?

Wardrobe Check cutout bow dress, Promod sequined jacket, Ruckus necklace, Ever New bag, Shoelala ballet flats

I was, again, in a hurry when I came up with this outfit. Hihi. Wore this to a quick lunch date with my mom and sis and then to Glorietta for last minute pullouts. It was also the day before our Binondo trip (parang ang layo eh noh haha) so I was rushing to buy any red top or dress for the upcoming festivities. Will post about that next!:)

Anyway, here's how I mostly spend my nights now when I'm not working or after work! With the 6th Avenue crew! Haha.
they've been my friends/neighbors in Cubao since I was a toddler! Haha. Love you guys!:)

Lovely shorts with a stylish bag attached from Be Bitko Clothing! Thanks for making me one of your ambassadors!:) Love from Manila to Australia!

Thank you Marie & Ericka of BAKED for these lovely & delicious cupcakes!!!:)

Okay, later ulit. Have to bathe now ang baho ko na! Hahaha. Happy Friday loves!:)

Wishy Washy

Hello theeeere (pronounce as dooooor). Pardon me but I'm about to go on a random blab fest. So, how are all of you? I've been having random thoughts lately on how much I miss the old blogging days, when I could still reply to every single comment and also have enough time to check and comment on ALL of my favorite blogs EVERYDAY. I kinda miss that. To my oldest blog friends & beloved readers, I'm sorry if I ever made you feel neglected or ignored. Don't ever think I've forgotten you (I swear I'm just busy with work), I think of you everyday, read each and every comment and still visit all your blogs. I vow to reply to all comments starting today!:) Anyway, here's an outfit I wore to a family reunion taken a few days after New Year on our apartment's rooftop. Sorry for the clutter. Heee.

Wardrobe Check top, Kashieca skorts, Envy bracelet, Meister watch, Primadonna flats

So I'm currently watching Carrie Diaries and I'm loving it!!! Reminds me of the defunct series Jane by Design. I often find myself smiling over the character's fabulous outfits, the songs, all the art, the cute Sebastian boy and Carrie's quotable quotes. Makes me want to watch the whole Sex and the City series again. Also... Suits, 2 Broke Girls, How I Met Your Mother and Girls are back! Woot. Aside from that, I also track Suburgatory, Mob Wives (yeah yeah dont judge it's my guilty pleasure!), Hart of Dixie (mainly because of their outfits), PLL, TVD and Greys.  How about you, what shows are your favorite?

I'm also on the lookout for new books! Any suggestions? I'm currently reading Poor Little Bitch Girl by Jackie Rollins (thanks Liz for my copy!), Sanctus by Simon Toyne, Graceling by Kristin Cashore & The Family Fang by Kevin Wilson. They're great reads! Don't forget to comment below for your book suggestions! And where na din to download ebooks.  Hehe.

Anyway, here's a video that's been with me for quite some time. Thought I'd share it with you! Might be useful for all you fashionistas out there:) Planning on trying this out and posting a blog entry about it. Abangan:)

Okay, later nalang ulit. So sleepy na, long day later! Posting more giveaways today so watch out for them:) Happy Friday!

Nomad Fantasies

Not sure if you've seen what I've been up to last week, but it was one of the proudest moments of my life. Even if all I did was trace, shade and color. Heee. Thanks Mich for unleashing your inner hipster for me. I absolutely love how it turned out! If you have no idea what I'm talking about then you don't love me! Joke lng. Will reveal if you scroll down. But first, outfit photos from the Shulong event last weekend!

OMG.tk cropped top, Peanutbutter Jeri blazer, Wardrobe Check shorts, Esprit watch, Unica Hija bangle, Shulong sneakers

So here's our little project last week for Shulong Philippines!:) Ana, Sarah, Love Chic (Shai and Seph), Katrina and I were asked to design our own Shulong pairs for an exhibit and  judge their on the spot contest at Trinoma. It was quite a challenge for me since I can't draw to save my life. Mich took that burden from me (haha) and omg she's good at it! Kinilig ako haha. I, on the other hand, came up with the concept, researched places, helped with the tracing and coloring too. Love the end product!

inspiration

Mich used a  pencil and then a sign pen (or was it a gel pen) to draw

almost done! I love iiiit!

Presenting, our design on display! Paul named it, "The Jetsetter". I chose this concept because I love to travel (it is highly enriching) and for me Shulong is the perfect travel companion. You need the best pair of shoes when conquering the world db?:) All the places you see on my DIY shoes were places I've been to and places I want to go to. So this is quite special to me.:)

Will post about the event soon. Thanks again Shulong for the love!:)

P.S. Walking the runway later with some blogger loves for the #NewGloriettaVibe World's Biggest Fashion Show! Hope you guys could watch. This is history in the making!:) See you!

Cobblestone

Here's what I wore on our last day in Ilocos! Slightly had a hard time in this outfit coz I forgot to bring my mandatory cycling shorts or half slip. I also felt kinda disappointed, will disclose why on my next post. So here's me walking along the old Crisologo street (or Calle Crisologo) feeling all vintagey while imagining a million things. It was scorching hot that day but I was smiling all the way. :) I felt kinda special and different (but never out of place) coz everyone was in their most cliche tourist ensemble-- jeans/shorts and shirt with slippers/flats. Anyway... here's me!

Heir Clothing top, Wardrobe Check skirt, Accessorize polka shades

Kandi Treats bracelet, H&M hat & bag

Shulong printed sneakers

Check out my previous Ilocos posts HERE (Vigan), HERE (Nature trips) & HERE (Paoay). My outfits HERE & HERE.
