Had My Warts Removed at FLAWLESS and This is the Result!

I had my first warts removal experience four years ago and it was liberating. After that, I told myself I will never ignore my warts again. Did you know that those tiny, ugly things that are almost invisible are contagious? Yup, they multiply and you could pass them on to other people! Eeew. So anyway, two weeks ago (July 9) I went to FLAWLESS Farmers Plaza branch to have the warts on my neck and chest removed. They've been annoying me for more than a year now and they were already visible and difficult to contain, but I just didn't have the time to deal with them 'coz I was busy with work. So when the movie I was styling for wrapped up, I decided to finally eliminate them. Here's what happened and how it looks like now...

My YSA Skincare Experience + Win P5k GCs!

I am an YSA girl. I love, love, love YSA because they stand true to their tagline, "YSA Loves Me Better". They do, they really do:) After every session, I feel more confident, lighter & well cared for. I'm sure you've all witnessed my whole warts removal experience (have to do it again very soon!) and some more services I availed which I posted online. I have tried RF and Diamond Peel and I highly recommend them! Here are some photos I took from random YSA Skin & Body Experts Clinic visits...:)

We love YSA Greenfields! I only go to Galleria or here.:)

Barefaced. Ready for my Diamond Peel!

 My room:)

Okay, I already forgot the exact procedure but let me remember through photos...
There was mask applied on my face...

And also moisturizer... I think the little purple wand or applicator is the one that delivers a steady stream of fine diamond to the face or skin.

I was left with the cream on & they had a steamer over my face...

This silver wand was scraped over my face to vacuum the dead skins or cells. Whatever it is, nakakaganda sha ng skin!

They were also kind enough to inject a pimple removing liquid to my very annoying beneath the skin pimple. It dried within seconds!

This is one procedure I would want to religiously accomplish. I really saw instant results and left there with a nicer, rosy, smoother, more radiant skin!  It diminishes age spots, wrinkles, freckles and even stretch marks or acne scars.

They had promos that time. So cheap nalang! Best to call them to inquire if they still have them.

I also tried RF or Radio Frequency!!! I know what you're thinking... that I don't need it. Believe me, I do. Haha. I maybe thin but I have cellulites and lukots sa stomach area which I find very annoying. I want to eliminate them somehow and this is the quickest way to achieve that!

Relax-F (Radio Frequency) is both equipped with Unipolar and Bipolar Radio Frequency that safely and effectively treats broad range of skin imperfections and stored fats problems. The machine tightens the skin, lifts the brows, the cheeks, mid-face, jaw line and the neck. It can also be used for body contouring through its fat reduction and cellulite treatment. Bongga.

I was asked to remove anything that might contain metal. Better safe than sorry! Ayoko ma electrocute hehe. I had to lie down on this bed with a metal plate underneath. They then applied a gel substance on my stomach and then ran the heated RF machine over it for about 20 minutes. Whenever the heat becomes too much, just ask Ate to lower it. :)

I felt my skin and stomach tighten talaga after! Swear. It melted my excess fats sa stomach. Of course, if you want better results you have to do more or less 10 sessions of RF. But as I said, it's best to always ask first because treatments may vary per person. You should also follow it up with regular diet & exercise.

Also tried bleaching but failed. Haha! Their procedure is very effective but my super maarte, allergic skin wasn't able to handle the bleach :( I only lasted for 5 minutes and then washed them all off. If you can tiis ganda, this one's worth it!

Tracy and I loves YSA!

Also had my gluthatione shot last week! Only 2 more vials left. Ito pa rin yung dati. Ako na best in not following up. Haha. But I vow to strictly stick to the once a week sched next time. ;)

hanap hanap ng vein. d naman mahirap haha.

it's in agad!

had to wait for more than a minute before it all gets injected.:)

As a said, this is only effective if done religiously (my favorite word for this post) and if you will not expose yourself to direct sunlight. So if you're addicted to the sea & the sun, then forget it. Sayang lang pera. Haha.

Now, here's the best part!!! 3 of you could win P5k worth of GCs from YSA!!! You could have those warts removed, get a facial, diamond peel, RF, bleach etc etc. It's on me. On us.;)

INSTAX Wanderlaunch + YSA + Dishwalla

Some people say I could be a rockstar, sometimes. The day before Bloggers United 8, I could say that I truly were! Haha. Instead of resting or working on BU stuff, I spent my day outside doing all sorts of things. Haha. Had a super long day filled with fun activities and memories. My first stop, was Going Straight salon near my apartment. Was supposed to go to STATUS, Katipunan but I was running late. Anyway, the Boracay cuties group knows that this salon thing is already waaaay overdue. Been planning this for 3 weeks na ata. Haha. It finally happened and I'm so happy!!! It has also been my tradition to undergo a hair change the day before BU. Most of the time I end up having horrible baby bangs. Lol. Loved the result this time, though!

Went for the Lucy Hale hair and I love it! It actually feels liberating. Haha.

Headed to Vanilla Cupcake, Trinoma next for the INSTAX Wanderlaunch! I was late so I wasn't able to make it on time for the program, but I was still able to see the new styles they are launching!:)

Say hello to these beauties! Brown Instax Mini 90 (so vintagey and also comes in black!) P7,999, Instax Wide 300 P6,999, Instax Mini 8 in Grape & Raspberry for P3,699

My favorite is the Hello Kitty instax mini for just P4,999! Meg, bilhin mo na to! Haha. They are only selling 200 pcs of these:)

 Instax all day everyday

 Avail natin ang chandelier. Haha.

Thank you Instax for my new baby. Haha!

With Ana, Tin, Seph, Arnie and Moira of Instax!:)

Akin nalang pls. Haha.

My Instax gift set that was super perfect sa blue mini 8 ko:)

After the Instax event, Ana & I headed straight to YSA, Greenfields branch:)

BU the next day but we still managed to squeeze in some me time at YSA!

Ana tried their Cavislim again (super effective! saw the results on her) and I tried their bleaching service...
You should wait for at least 20-30 mins before taking it all off but since I have super sensitive skin, kinaya ko lang ng 10 mins. Huhu. Instant effect if you make it to 30!:)

Wasn't able to avail na Diamond Peel 'coz of time constraint but I will next time!!! It's one of my favorite procedures there. :) Ran to Megatent after for the DISHWALLA concert!

Up Dharma Down pa when we got there, followed by Wolfgang.

My concert buddy and forever pakner, Ana!

OMG so much feels. All of my Drowning Equilibrium days & feelings all came rushing back. Yes, oo na, emo ako noon. Haha!

Had so much fun singing along our favorite Dishwalla songs. I also love how intimate the set-up and venue was. Thank you Lord for the perfect weather and for hulog ng langit na si Niche for our free tickets:) WiIll be posting a video collage on IG. Anyway, super lagare coz after the concert we headed straight to Whitespace to get ready for Bloggers United 8! To sum it all up, we slept (but not really) & bathe at the venue na and wasn't able to sleep at all. But that calls for another blog post. :) Thanks everyone for coming last Sunday! Thank you Lord for the nice weather. I feel like I could work at PAG-ASA na after all the monitoring and weather updates & forecasts I did that day and before. Lol.

I know I've been MIA again lately! So busy with a lot of things right now. Styling gigs, shoots, etc. Tracy and I are flying to Cebu this weekend for a magazine editorial shoot! So excited 'coz it will be the first time I will be sharing a page with my GF. We make a great team, in fair!:) Updates soon. Kisses! xo

YSA Skincare Review: Warts Removal + Gluthatione Shots

I have to admit, there are days when I really feel like crap. There are also days when words of encouragement, self-worth or positivity doesn't seem to do the trick. That's when I seek help from outside, better known as science. I think it's okay to indulge once in a while, to take care of your skin or yourself through alternative means. Case in point, warts removal & gluthatione IV shots!

I've always had this warts problem and was just too lazy or scared to confront it. Do you know that warts could easily spread through direct contact (like beso beso) or by using a sponge, makeup brush or pillow that was used by someone who has warts? Yuppppp. I just recently opened myself up to skincare treatments and I wish I could have done it sooner. Here's how I finally eliminated those annoying facial warts!

Selfie before the procedure! Can you see my warts? I can't. Haha.

Chose their Robinson's Galleria branch because it's near Cubao where I live:)

  Other services they offer:)

Another selfie where you can clearly see the huge wart sa lower left eye. It's such an obstacle when I apply concealer!

I was asked to remove my makeup. Wish they have makeup remover though!:)

 Makeup free fez

That white cream is actually anesthesia. They applied it, put cling wrap over it and then left it for 45 minutes. It makes your face numb. Heehee.

Anesthesia and the cauterization machine

What's used to electrocute/burn and zap the warts away.

The zapping of warts took almost 30 minutes. I didn't know that I had that many! I thought mga 5 pcs lang. But noooo, mga 5 million ata. Lol. Each wart was zapped 2-3 times. Whenever the pain seemed unbearable (it's like being burned & electrocuted ng very very very light), I just ask Ate to take a 3-second break in between the zapping. Worked naman. Here's the finished product!

O db mej kadire lang. Haha. But don't panic! It's organic. Joke. It's normal. ;)

At this point, my whole face was an open wound. Haha. I was asked to apply Benozyl Peroxide or Erythromycin all over my face to avoid infection, to dry out the wounds and to speed up the healing process. In fairness, my skin glows after every application. Pwedeng forever nalang? Haha.

After application of facial antibiotic, hours after the procedure

To cut the story short, I wasn't able to leave the house for 4 days 'coz my face looked scary and I was asked not to wash my face for 3 days. So haaaard. Haha. Scabs formed and looked like scattered sesame seeds or black ants. It's part of the healing process, so don't worry. I already knew this but I still panicked. GMG ako ng GMG. Google mo girl. Haha. Documented the healing process to show you the progress each day...

Day 2

Day 3

Scabs are now visible! Scabs are hard covering of dried blood that forms over a wound to cover and protect it as it heals. Do not kutkot or peel!

Day 4
Scabs are now darker and almost ready to fall off.

I can't stay long at home 'coz of work, so on the 4th day I tried to run some errands na!:) I just wore glasses and lipstick! Already washed my face with water. Just water ha, no soap or facial wash muna. Also don't rub, just pat gently.

Day 5
Scabs finally started to fall off! Some of them I accidentally rubbed off. Huhu. Avoid doing that because it leaves a white mark, or peklat on your skin. Can you see the red patches and parang small craters? Yun yun.

Day 10
The white mark under my eye is from a huge scab. It eventually disappeared. :) Love how my skin felt and looked days after! It's now easier to put concealer yey.

Do take note that warts return after sometime. That's why it's important to have it checked once in a while and removed to avoid spreading it. Will come back soon to eliminate naman warts on my neck and chest!:) Price: P2k+ unlimited warts removal on one area.

Now, let's proceed to my favorite... Gluthatione Injections!

Double dose per session with Vitamin-C:)

So easy to locate my veins, no sweat. Haha.

I'm down to my last 2 sessions and I'm still not that white. It's my fault, really. People who avail this treatment should avoid sun exposure because it will only defeat the purpose. Aaand, that's exactly what I did. Boooo. I had a shoot in Bohol where I had to work and stay under the sun for a long time. Plus, I frequently walk under the scorching heat of the sun without an umbrella. I noticed an improvement on my skin though! It is now clearer and glows more. Plus, gluthatione is known to protect our liver and whole body from diseases and also repairs tissues. It's one of the most powerful antioxidants which leaves us healthier, adds immunity and slows down aging. In short, it's good for you. Bonus nalang the whitening.

This is what you call Intravenous Gluthatione Injection. The pumping  or injection takes around 1 to 1.5 minutes and done slowly.

Gluthatione shots are priced at approximately P1800 per shot. It's more or less P20k for 10 sessions. :) You can also call their branches to know the exact rates:) Hope this review helped some of you who are thinking of undergoing these treatments and procedure! It's best to have a consultation first. Have it done by trusted professionals like YSA Skincare who has been in the beauty industry for years. Can't wait to get back to have RF (Radio Frequency) and Diamond Peel naman! :)

P.S. I'll be giving away YSA Skincare GCs soon. Watch out for it!
