Blogger's Bazaar Tips

OMG, just a few hours away before the biggest blogger event of the year!:) Just a quick post before I doze off. I still have a few things to accomplish for tomorrow. Those who entered my giveaway are on my list na! Also noted your requests.:) Just tell the reception peeps that you're under my list!


Anyway here are a few things you should remember:

1. The event is open to ALL! I get a lot of questions asking if the event is exclusive. I repeat, anyone and everyone (even the tambays sa kanto) could come!
2. Charge your camera or bring an extra battery! Camwhoring galore, I tell you.
3. Withdraw money beforehand. There are no ATM machines inside the school. Nearest  is Market Market.
4. If you can, bring your own shopping/eco bag!
5. Unlike the previous BU, sagana na tayo sa food stalls this time! So no need to bring snacks. Lol.
6. There are no tickets. Just approach the registration table and pay the entrance fee. :)
7. Don't forget to sign up sa registration for the raffle!!!
8. If you have maselan friends or family who can't make themselves wear pre-loved clothes, invite them pa din! We have a lot of bloggers and brands selling brand new items:) 
9. The whole place is airconditioned! So go wear your fur or whatever, I promise you won't die of heatstroke:)
10. No food/drinks allowed inside the hall! the food area is outside. :)
11. Come early!!! So you get first dibs on the best items! REMEMBER: the early bird catches the cheese! (kadiri yung worm eh).

Giving Away Free Passes to the Blogger's Bazaar Part 2!

Seriously, TRESTON International School is THE place to be this Saturday, December 3! Why? Well, aside from the fact that there would be a gazillion fashion bloggers selling (and buying) there, there would also be tons of fab finds at low low low prices (believe me! coz I cant believe it either!). Do your Christmas shopping there na! Here's your much awaited Bloggers United Bazaar Part 2!=D (see poster below for complete deets!)

 
It is the second installment of the first-ever Bloggers United: An Interactive Shopping Affair , which was held last May. Due to insistent demand from readers and bloggers alike, Bloggers United team in partnership with the country’s largest online shopping website, Multiply Philippines have gathered Manila’s fashion bloggers to sell their pre-loved but very stylish closet pieces!

This event is the perfect opportunity for both bloggers and their adoring readers to mingle and personally interact with each other. Fun contests and exciting giveaways from sponsors and entertaining performances from bloggers (Walkie Talkies, Reese & Vica) themselves will definitely keep this event from being a dull one.

Some of the notable bloggers attending the event include Divine Lee, Laureen Uy, Kookie Buhain, Lissa Kahayaon, David Guison, Karl Leuterio, Patricia Prieto and Preview Magazine’s own Daryl and Andre Chang.

But because Bloggers United wishes to go beyond the geographic limitations of the archipelago and extend its reach beyond Metro Manila and so for this event, they are flying in some of Cebu’s very own fashion bloggers which include Kryz Uy, Eden Villarba, designer Yves Camingue, Gillian Uang and Mildred Zapanta and a few more.

Part of the proceeds from this event will go to the GMA Kapuso Foundation for its school building project, a small but significant step to improve the Filipino youth’s access to education.

The organizers behind BLOGGERS UNITED BAZAAR (PART 2) are Ana Gonzales , Melai Entuna  and Aisa Ipac, a team of blogger friends encouraging camaraderie and sense of “community” among Manila’s (and eventually, the country’s) fashion blogging community through events and productions like this.

This is a one-day-only event that you shouldn’t really miss! It will be in a bigger venue with twice more the number of participating bloggers to meet! This is the perfect shopping day this Christmas because the most affordable and most fashionable clothes, accessories and footwear will be up for grabs. See you!

Treston + Redbox

The other day I, with blog sister Melai, went to Treston College for a meeting and a short ocular of the Bloggers Bazaar Part 2 venue! Here's a sneak peak,but first my outfit!

The food area would be downstairs. I'm so excited coz their culinary students would be the one selling food + some other chosen food stalls (don't worry we'll bring in mochi and tea). I'm sure gourmet yan! Chos. Hehe.

After our successful meeting we ran to Eastwood for the RED BOX: License to Rock Blogger's Night. It was so much fun! There was a mini buffet and each blogger group were assigned a room. Barkada night lang the peg! Thank you Geiser Maclang & Red Box for the amazing treat. :)

Trivia: Do you know that Red Box acquires all license and permits of the song from the official record companies, they are the only music house that has the license and operates legally with the music they are using for their customers. Bongga!

I love that their song selection is updated, the remote thing is kinda hard to get used to though. Ignorant all night lang the drama. I miss browsing through a think songbook. Harhar.  But I love how spacious the rooms are! Love the interiors too!
