Last Thursday, I visited their Kalayaan branch with some blog friends to try their mouthwatering dishes. Being there felt so nostalgic, as I remember how we used to frequent their Timog branch! Miss those good old times. :)

Eat's a Date at BAR DOLCI
The Openrice group invited me once again to their regular "Eat's A Date" food tasting event, this time it was held at Bar Dolci, Burgos Circle The Fort. It was my first time to visit the place and I first thought we'll be visiting a bar/resto. Haha. Turned out bar of desserts pala! Lavet. Here are some photos... (some were grabbed from thepurpledoll.net)
very inviting
Bacon and Cheese Bruschetta (P260) --looove this. Huge serving and it tastes like pizza/pasta!
Garlic and Mushroom Bruschetta (P260)-- i love that it's overloaded with toppings
Four Cheese Bruschetta (P260) - wasn't able to try this but the said it tastes like heaven!
Gruyere Poufs with Marinara Dip (P150) - i could eat a whole plate. I wish there's more cheese though.
Beignets with Chocolate Espresso Dip (P130) - the dark chocolate dip was enough for me to love it
And here are the bidang macarons! I sweaaar super sarap. Best I ever tasted:) their bestseller is ferrero
We also tried their famous gelatos! I love everything except for the wasabi one. Hehe.
my favorite!
tried the salted caramel + ferrero gelato. Perfect combination! P120
Sugarfree Pops for P120 each
so many flavors! P50 each
Here's us! The openricers. Yees.

Eat's a Date at Amici
You all know how much I love eating and food in general. Food makes my heart flutter just like pretty shoes or clothes. Heh. That's why when Khaezel from Openrice.com invited me to a food tasting event at Amici resto, I immediately said yes! I will just let the photos do all the talking. But first things first--outfit shots!
From style swap event dress, The Ramp trench coat, Forever 21 leggings
Bubbles layered necklace
Diva cuff, Tomato watch
Chickflick wedges
So I got this cute dress from the recent Style Swap event. It's fun taking home a lot of new clothes without spending a dime! It was super fun. I also love my new layered necklace form Bubbles! It's such a statement piece. This was the same piece Danica Magpantay wore in one of the layouts of our Nomadic editorial for Manila Bulletin. :)
Anyway, back to Amici!
Amici serves authentic Italian food and was previously owned by an Italian priest.
