Muted Sports

A quick post since I have to be up by 7am for a prenup shoot in Pampanga. Haven't packed yet gaaaah! Had a pretty long day today mostly spent inside the car. Traffic is a killer. Pfft. First appointment was with Kacci Santos of Janylin (who's a total sweetheart) for our exciting new collaboration, yey! Visited Janylin Glorietta 1 to check out their new collection and to chat with her. Will post about that soonest!:) Had a quick lunch date with Mich after at Heaven & Eggs, and then ran to the BDO-SM MOA Office-- which ended in disappointment and frustration. No other solution but to suck it up. Got over it pretty quickly din naman, as always. Last stop was at Il Terrazzo, Timog for the PAC makeup workshop which ended a few minutes after I arrived. Got stuck in traffic for 2 hours. Barely made it alive.... kidding! But seriously, I was sooo sleepy and bored and I badly needed to pee halfway through my destination. Mind over matter nalang haha. Something great came out of this day though! Got to bond with blog friends who I missed dearly! :) Okay enough na with my ramblings! Here are outfit photos from last month taken in UP after ASAP!:)

This is my best casual sportswear glam impression. Inimbento ko lng yun pero ok na yan. Haha. Pretty neat considering my clothes are thrifted.

Legend of my blogger name. This actually confused me a little. Does that mean I have to share the history of my name? or my blog's name? ANYWAY.

Okay my blog title DROWNING EQUILIBRIUMS came from--um, my past. A stage in my life when I was soooo emo over a lot of things. It means drowning balance literally. Figuratively, it meant--I dunno anymore I was in HS when I first came up with this. A point in my life when I was so poetic and dramatic. Now, I'm just plain happy. Heee! So there. My blogger name Aisa.Pax.Paking.Paxie are all my nicknames! :)

In other news, if you're bored and got nothing to do (which is highly unlikely but I'll take my chance anyway) please do check out my sister (whom I bear no resemblance with) at Stylebible!:) She was featured under the Bridal make-up article (click on the link!). Gela Laurel and Mia Carballo of The House of Laurel did a great job and they even made her wear a Rajo dress just for fun! Too bad I wasn't able to come with her that day, so there were no behind the scene photos. But here's how her transformation came.

Anyway, I went on a thrifting excursion today to buy stocks for the bazaar and I found a lot of AMAZING pieces! Will let you take peek see very soon!:) Also won the Tsumori Chisato dress I've been religiously eyein on in Ebay!
