Postura Day 14: Look Ma, No Makeup!

When in doubt, wear eyeglasses. Heh. Ran to Megamall the other day to pullout clothes for our Manila Bulletin shoot on Tuesday. Was too lazy to put on makeup and dress up, but I still had to make a statement don't I? So I decided to turn heads by wearing my locally made Poise Design leopard boots!

I'm wearing all Pinoy made! Well except for the blazer. Yey!:) Anyway, I'm loving the no makeup look lately. Maybe because I'm trying to lessen my being tardy hehe. I blame it on my concealer application ritual which takes forever and ever (nawitness na ni Ana yan! haha). Now when I'm in a hurry I just put on a cute peeper, put a little powder and put on my Wet & Wild brick red lippy. Bahala na ang undereye circles mag roam freely jan! Lol. I think it's also nice to give your skin a breather sometimes. :)

Inline with my no makeup look, I decided to invest in chic eyeglasses...

This is from MINT! Bought another one (will share soon). They have nice glasses!

Floral Sparkle

A quick post before I head out to return pullouts. This is what I wore to the Robinsons Beauty Fair event last Saturday:) Will blog about my beauty finds next! Decided to go all girly (hehe) and came up with this...

I am obsessed with my newly altered thrifted sweater. I love the color, print and that it glitters! Wore it with my new lovely sequined detachable collar from Flatterbuy (thanks Jac!) and my long neglected floral bodycon skirt. I don't know why but to my eyes they're a perfect combo. Heh. 

Anyway, I should really start rotating my clothes and shoes so I could wear all of them. Came up with this plan after having a short chitchat with Sarah that shoes tend to crumble when neglected and unworn for so long. Told Mich of my new project and she just looked at me without uttering a word. Haha! Okay, I hereby declare it my late new year's resolution--to use all of my shoes first, then clothes by rotating them. Will document it. I'll start next week. I can do thiiiis. Wish me luck! That Yellow Pants

This is what you call the bidang pants. Everyone just kept asking where I got it! Well what can I say, it's a real charmer. ;) As I've said to people last Sat, "Daanin sa pants ang haggardness!". So this is what I wore to the 2nd Blogger's Bazaar last Saturday...

Truth? I was hesitant to wear this outfit that day. I just wanted to wear a nice black dress but Mich insisted that I stick with this 70s inspired nautical look. I'm glad I listened to her! I garnered countless compliments. Lakas makayaman talaga. Lol. Thanks again Unarosa for the pants!:) Gow buy na... I know you want to! Hehe.

Swallows, Pleats & Mail Love

Can I just say, I'm so stresseeeeeeeeeeeeed. Haha. I have 4 events tomorrow (it's hard enough to finish 1 event still looking fresh, ugh) plus I have to cram my pullouts for a HUGE shoot on Thursday. Sometimes I just wanna crawl someplace to hibernate for a while, to get away from all the craziness. BUT, I'm exactly where I want to be and I'm thankul. :) So I have to suck it up and enjoy the ride. Heh. 

I visited Connect Agency's office today to pick up some things. Thanks Ed & Cholo! Mich's office was a few blocks away, so I went there after to kill some time before heading to Greenbelt to do minor pullouts. Here's what I wore...(sorry for the poor editing, I'm using Mich's laptop and it has no photo editor! so I did it online. suuucks.)

I actually wore this ensemble with my Call It Spring nude wedges (not the black one pictured above). But I wasn't able to take decent photos, so I hade to use the 1st batch I took from the apartment.

Anyway, got some packages today! Which reminds me, I have to give the receptionist and guard at Mich's office tokens of appreciation for always taking care of my packages. Thank you po! I was super excited I opened them before even reaching home. Haha.
