SF Bistro Experience

It was my first time to visit SF Bistro or San Francisco Bistro and I didn't know what to expect. I just know that it's owned by the same people who brought us Rue Bourbon. I also just wanted to eat (haha PG) and bond with the clingys, so I willingly took the 30-minute drive to Upper Mckinley Hill. Plus, as an avid eater (haha) I had to know what the hype is all about. The restaurant was not difficult to find. It's located along Upper Mckinley at the Tuscany Estates, after the Korean school. It would be hard to miss coz you'd instantly see a long stretch of restaurants. So anyway, it's pretty small but cozy. They also have a 2nd floor so there's room for everyone. It's a great place to dine, drink and be merry with friends! You'd be surprised with the prices too. Photos:)

love the ambiance and setup inside:)

imported beer!

And now, prepare to salivate. The food is as good as it looks!:)
Tin & Tracy's drinks (who both love sweets): Nutella Funtella (P150) and Yema Mama (P120)

I wanted something refreshing so I ordered Cucumber Detox (P95). OMG, I can finish 10 glasses of this. Haha.

And Sarah got their Ginger Detox (P95). She loved it too! Quenches thirst and good for the throat.

Greek salad (P195)- it's to share but I finished it haha. I know salads are supposed to taste alike but this one might be the best I ever had so far. Hehe. Served with olives, cherry tomato, greens, feta cheese, walnuts in balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Mushroom Truffle Pasta (P210) - looks like carbonara but no no no! Haha. Mushroom and truffles are a perfect mix. Creamy linguine with mushrooms. Yum.

3 Cheese Lasagna (P195) - layers of mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar cheese! Served with side salad. :)

Baby Back Ribs (P295) - everybody loved this! It's super tender and tasty. Cooked to perfection in their secret homemade barbecue sauce. Worth the price too.

Baked Crusted Salmon (P330) - my personal favorite! Once you pop you can't stop levels. I'm always careful when I order salmon coz I don't like malangsa food. But this one's perfect. Parmesan breading with creamy sauce accompanied with mashed potato, broccoli and corn. Winner.

Buffalo Chicken Fingers (P260)- wasn't able to try this but they said it was good!

Beef Salpicao (P295) - angus beef in garlic oil with red wine & bell peppers served with garlic rice!

Extreme food photography! Haha.

It was such a delightful experience that I can't wait to go back and bring my family and other friends with me!:)
