Floral Sparkle

A quick post before I head out to return pullouts. This is what I wore to the Robinsons Beauty Fair event last Saturday:) Will blog about my beauty finds next! Decided to go all girly (hehe) and came up with this...

Thrifted top & skirt, Flatterbuy sequined collar, Bedazzle blue ring, Bubbles black ring, VNC pumps

I am obsessed with my newly altered thrifted sweater. I love the color, print and that it glitters! Wore it with my new lovely sequined detachable collar from Flatterbuy (thanks Jac!) and my long neglected floral bodycon skirt. I don't know why but to my eyes they're a perfect combo. Heh.

Anyway, I should really start rotating my clothes and shoes so I could wear all of them. Came up with this plan after having a short chitchat with Sarah that shoes tend to crumble when neglected and unworn for so long. Told Mich of my new project and she just looked at me without uttering a word. Haha! Okay, I hereby declare it my late new year's resolution--to use all of my shoes first, then clothes by rotating them. Will document it. I'll start next week. I can do thiiiis. Wish me luck! Wanna join me in this project?:)

  7. I actually do that! The rotating thing. I want to use every shoes and clothes that I can before repeating. I started June 2010 (when college offered wardrobe freedom) so that my clothes will not go to waste (because I don't want my mom to give them to others hahaha). On 2011 summer classes, I actually had different tops AND shorts EVERYDAY! Too bad I wasn't able to document it but I'm sure I have an Excel file about it (I'm OC about it hehe). Then last sem (June 2011 - Oct 2011), with all the tops I accumulated I actually managed to NOT repeat a top! Even if I had some weekend events! Sometimes though I cheat and wear a dress instead, or some sando with a cover-up - but at least nagamit! Haha! Right now I'm actually doing it still - no more documenting pero nakapila na ang mga damit so that I'll know what I already wore or not ;D

Sorry ang haba. Natuwa lang ako na same tayo ng idea! Go for it! Challenging siya swear, but really cool when you accomplish it! Plus, masaya lahat ng clothes mo! ^^
