I never thought I'd have one last out of the country trip before the year ends. I was starting to feel sad. Haha! But a few weeks ago, I surprisingly received an invitation for a 5-day media familiarization tour in *drumroll please*...Yogyakarta, Indonesia!!! I have always wanted to visit "Jogja" after seeing beautiful photos of the Borobudur temple-- and if you know me, you know I LOVE temples and historical sites. I did this trip with Cebu Pacific, Indonesia's Ministry of Tourism, Stratworks and a few media friends and I'd say, it has become one of the highlights of my year! :) It was my first time in Jakarta (briefly so I will be back) and Yogyakarta and it was truly an epic adventure.
