H&M Philippines' First Store Launch + VIP Shopping Party

OMG, I am so pissed because the original blog post I created disappeared after saving it! Huhuhu. Can't remember the exact words I wrote but I'll try. :( Anyway, I'm sure you all know about the phenomenon that was the H&M opening in Manila! Sooo wild & crazy.  It has been highly anticipated by everyone, including me, so imagine the level of excitement when it finally opened its doors to the public which happened last October 17 at the SM Megamall, Mega Fashion Hall. It's all over the news and our newsfeed how people camped out the night before the opening just to get first dibs and to maybe get the coveted GCs for the first 200 customers. There was an exclusive VIP shopping party 2 days before it opened and I was there! I was still super sick that day but pinilit ko talaga to attend! Kaloka. Told myself I wouldn't miss it talaga. Nothing medicine couldn't temporarily fix. Told myself I would restrain myself from shopping but I still went home with some clothing pieces I just couldn't tear my hands away from. I was not able to take photos because I was busy trying not to faint or die, so I'll borrow muna from my clingies loves. Here are photos!

Budget friendly pants for just P899

 Been looking for this beaded, multicolored tunic/dress since I saw it in H&M's showroom! Too bad didn't see it there. Will go back to check if it's still available! Fingers crossed.

It's a Shoe Party at SM Makati!

So more than a week ago, I went to the grand launch of SM Makati's newly renovated shoe department and let me tell you: I have never seen so much shoes in one place in my entire life! All you real life Cinderellas would die of kilig when you see it. You only have to remember these 3 numbers: 5,500 square meters, 25,000 shoes, 300 brands. Welcome to the biggest shoe store in the country. :) Of course, SM had to celebrate the big move in style! They prepared a shopping party for guests, but before that, cocktails first followed by a guerilla-ish style fashion show. Photos from that day!

At that point, we were already drooling over all the pretty shoes we saw on the models. When we took the shoe store tour, we were like children in a candy store!

 We started at the Sports section, then the Mens. I always recommend SM Milanos & Salvatore Mann to my guy friends! Stylish designs at low prices. You could buy a pair for less than P1k! 

We crossed to the womens section naman.... hello Preview team who were in front. Hehe.

SM Parisian never fails me. It is my guilty pleasure!!! It is my go to place whenever I intentionally or unintentionally need a new pair of shoes. They carry flats, sandals and heels in various designs. Loveee.

You could also shop from international brands as well...

As you can see, they've got Jeffrey Campbell (everyone's fave), Dolce Vita, Marie Claire, Report, LAMB, Badgley Mischka, Chinese Laundry, Via Uno, plus so much more!!!

So much local brands too! Saw Gibi, Janylin, Figlia, CMG, etc.

 Sports section has Merrell, Timberland, Puma, Nike, Adidas, And1, New Balance, Converse, Skechers, Vans, etc. 

 Havaianas and Crocs

 Kids section has Disney, Sugar Kids, Tough Kids, Barbie, etc.
