I have always known Sanuk as one of the leading casual footwear brands in the market. So I got a bit sad when I couldn't fnd them in stores for quite some time. BUT, I come bearing good news! Sanuk is now officially back in the Philippines!!! I've loved Anello bags ever since I saw it all over Japan during our trip last year! I saw lots of people--young & old-- carrying one in different styles. Last June 8, Pilipinas Shell unveiled the new Shell V-Power, their newest breakthrough best-ever performance and efficiency fuel said to make life's journeys better for all motorists everywhere. I've only been acquainted with French travel/luggage bag brand Lipault recently and so far, I am obsessed with it! I thought it's just another foreign & expensive bag brand, but I was wrong. As a blogger & stylist, it has been my go-to bag & brand for casual or dressier days. They carry a very diverse collection which includes wallets, clutch bags, handbags, shoulder bags, laptop bags, backpacks, luggages and many more! Best part? The colors are super pretty & TDF. Guyzzz, my Cirque Du Soleil dream finally came true!!! I am so happy!!! And I'd say, it's definitely one of the highlights of my year. :) It was my first Cirque show and it did not disappoint! I was sitting there the whole time with my mouth gaping in astonishment. If I had to pick one word to describe my whole experience, it would be MAGICAL. Sure it might be quite tame compared to other Cirque shows where the acrobat and stunts were wilder, but the set, visual effects, cast, story (I love Avatar!) and the whole production made it all worth it. I love how Havaianas surprise us every year with their amazing #MYOH event themes! Instead of taking everyone to a new destination this year, Havaianas set course for a trip down memory lane and into the totally wicked fun era of the ‘90s! And it might their coolest one to date. :) We attended the press launch at Cable Car (one of the hippest places to hang out in during the 90s) last May 9 and grabe, so much feels! The new store, dubbed as the the "Penshoppe Capital", is home to Penshoppe's biggest selection of fashion pieces. From fresh drops to classic favorites like essential shirts and DenimLab pants, it will be the one place where anyone can go to see everything that the brand offers at a specific time. When it comes to comfort and style, BATA is a footwear brand that resonates after all these years--- 120+ years to be exact! This Czechoslovakian brand has been around since 1894 and I'm happy to announce that they recently opened their FIRST store here in the Philippines! In partnership with SM Retail, the launch was held last December 2 at SM Megamall. The “grand launch” was organized to involve Filipino families from all walks of life, and the wide range of products offers something for all kinds of lifestyles. Most of you may not know, but Unarosa is a brand that is very dear to my heart. They have supported me as a blogger and stylist since 2011. Grabe noh? Can't believe it has been that long! Over the years, I saw how the brand grew in terms of expansion and merchandise, and I could say that this year was really one of their milestones. With their 10th store opening in SM Megamall (it was actually more of a relaunch and relocation) and a collection that is to die for, Unarosa really came and conquered a lot of fashionista hearts. :)

In general, I've always thought of life as beautiful, but it's also a never ending roller coaster ride. One day you're on top screaming your lungs out and having the best time of your life, the next day you've hit rock bottom trying not to puke from all it's complications. So many ups, downs and sidetracks, am I right? But those setbacks shouldn't hold you down forever and hinder your growth as an individual. Truth be told, my personal and professional life is not all rainbows & butterflies. I have been through as much heartbreaks as happiness & triumph. And just as what my love Marilyn (Monroe) said, messing up is inevitable, but it's totally up to you how you'd deal with every situation. One failure does not define you. Dust yourself off, keep on pushing, believe in yourself, hold your head high, and keep on seeing the good in everything.
