A Week of Styling K

A quick post before I start packing for my early morning prenup shoot tomorrow. I'm so sleeeeeeepy but noooooooooooooo can doooooooo. Heh.  Anyway, as some of you know, I styled for Karylle on Showtime last week. Ava will be styling her next and then Keigh. I'll be back on May. ;)

So K was supposed to wear a red dress from Reve last Saturday, but sadly it didn't fit her right (even after alteration) so I had to make her wear the emergency set I prepared for her. In fairness ang ganda pala!:) I think it's the same set she wore on her SM Marilao mall show. :) If you have photos please send! Thank yooou!:) I wanna say thank you to everyone who screencapped Showtime the past week (ang loser ko lang walang TV lol) especially my beb Ana and Sarah. Love you stage friends! Hehe. Ava will be styling her this week so let's support Ava too!

Styling Stint: A Walk Back In Time

I consider myself lucky coz most of the couples who contact me for prenup shoots want vintage as their theme! Not to mention, gorgeous or in other words, pang-portfolio. Heh. Anyway, here's a prenup shoot I did last month. The lovely couple Iris and Allan was so easy to work with! I prepared 4 outfits for them based on different eras--20, 30s, 50s.:) Shot in Heirloom Manila by my favorite photog Christine Lorico. Hair and makeup by Diana Santos (who's also a professional model!).<3

Solstice in Fuji

As some of you know, my other spare Dell laptop died AGAIN. Mich officially crowned me the DELL destroyer! It's hardrive suddenly stopped working, out of nowhere. OMG WTF FML. Lahat na ng acronyms gow. Kaloka na ha. I lost some important files and photos again!!! I have 4 sets of unposted outfit shots, our Hongkong pics, our Carlos Celdran Intramuros tour (this broke my heart the most!) and many more. Hay. But I can't bring it back, can I? Got over my misery after 10 minutes of whining. Now I'm using my original laptop (had no choice but to have it repaired, no more spare laptops na!) and I wish and pray (sprayan pa ng pixie dust) that it lives kahit for 1 year lang pls. Lol. 

Anyway, here's a quick post! Lost all my BTS photos for this so I'm sharing the final photos instead. This was shot last week lang! Thanks to my Manila Bulletin fam for publishing this agad:)

After the fun chitchat and bonding with blogger loves, I then headed to St. Benedicine International School for their school fair. I was just on time for the fashion show! I lent them clothes and also styled the outfits with the help of Raffi! Thanks girl!:)

I was sipping on Milo while watching, very proud of how well the girls carried their clothes, when suddenly Kuya Peej (the host and my friend's brother) called me on-stage. He called me 5x I think before I finally stood up and waved haha! Ruben, my close friend who noe teaches there and the organizer of the event, then dragged me to come up the stage. It was awkwaaaaaaaaaaaard! Haha. But thank you Ruben and the Benedictine School for inviting me, I had fun. :) It was also fun meeting the girls who reads my humble blog (hello gels!) and Vern's! And I guess others too. :) 

i feel so old! almost 12 years ang age gap. que horror! hehe

I was so tired and hungry that we ate at the 1st restaurant we saw--Barrio Fiesta. No, actually, we ate at the 1st resto that serves green mango with bagoong. Haha.
