Giving Away Free Passes to the Blogger's Bazaar Part 2!

Seriously, TRESTON International School is THE place to be this Saturday, December 3! Why? Well, aside from the fact that there would be a gazillion fashion bloggers selling (and buying) there, there would also be tons of fab finds at low low low prices (believe me! coz I cant believe it either!). Do your Christmas shopping there na! Here's your much awaited Bloggers United Bazaar Part 2!=D (see poster below for complete deets!)

It is the second installment of the first-ever Bloggers United: An Interactive Shopping Affair , which was held last May. Due to insistent demand from readers and bloggers alike, Bloggers United team in partnership with the country’s largest online shopping website, Multiply Philippines have gathered Manila’s fashion bloggers to sell their pre-loved but very stylish closet pieces!

This event is the perfect opportunity for both bloggers and their adoring readers to mingle and personally interact with each other. Fun contests and exciting giveaways from sponsors and entertaining performances from bloggers (Walkie Talkies, Reese & Vica) themselves will definitely keep this event from being a dull one.

Some of the notable bloggers attending the event include Divine Lee, Laureen Uy, Kookie Buhain, Lissa Kahayaon, David Guison, Karl Leuterio, Patricia Prieto and Preview Magazine’s own Daryl and Andre Chang.

But because Bloggers United wishes to go beyond the geographic limitations of the archipelago and extend its reach beyond Metro Manila and so for this event, they are flying in some of Cebu’s very own fashion bloggers which include Kryz Uy, Eden Villarba, designer Yves Camingue, Gillian Uang and Mildred Zapanta and a few more.

Part of the proceeds from this event will go to the GMA Kapuso Foundation for its school building project, a small but significant step to improve the Filipino youth’s access to education.

The organizers behind BLOGGERS UNITED BAZAAR (PART 2) are Ana Gonzales , Melai Entuna  and Aisa Ipac, a team of blogger friends encouraging camaraderie and sense of “community” among Manila’s (and eventually, the country’s) fashion blogging community through events and productions like this.

This is a one-day-only event that you shouldn’t really miss! It will be in a bigger venue with twice more the number of participating bloggers to meet! This is the perfect shopping day this Christmas because the most affordable and most fashionable clothes, accessories and footwear will be up for grabs. See you!

Event is co-presented by:

Divided Attention

The 2nd Blogger's Bazaar is only 2 weeks away! I have not been sleeping well especially when I know I still have a gazillion things to do. That's why my phone is permanently on silent mode--message/call alert tones are now heart attack inducing to me. :/ Argh. Anyway, here's a random outfit post I found in one of my folders. I was kinda hesitant to post it coz I don't think it's that blog worthy? But whatever, I think it's preppy chic and it needs to be seen! Heh.

thrifted Comme Des Garcons shirt, DIY collar, Payless oxfords, Fabmanila bag, Mauve bracelet

Love the black and red combo forever!

This rope necklace is a recent online buy from multiply store Martina Martina. They have lots of gorgeous accs so go check them out!:) The leather bowtie, on the other hand, is a gift from my favorite PR guy/blogger Paul! I'm addicted to his blog not only because he's the CEO of a PR company, but also because he's super fasyown and I love how he breakdown his expenses after every post. Heh! AND he's a shopaholic too. Haha.

Some few announcements/events you wouldn't want to miss!
AS IF! Boohoo

And now some random photos I grabbed that currently inspires me:)

Goddesses of fashion--all of VOGUE's editors.

Amen. :)

Releasing the official BU poster tomorrow. Sorry for the delay! :)

To Neutrals, Shopping & Recuperating

I'm still sick, BUMMER. Four days of cough and colds is pure hell. Boo. I've resorted to homemade remedies like steaming & application of Vicks Vaporub and Apple Cider Vinegar + honey mixture. I'll let you know if it's effective. Heh.

Anyway, a few days ago (even if I was already sick), I still attended the Octoarts event/exclusive luncheon with Direk Joey Reyes for his new Juday/Ryan film My House Husband. I was late but I still made it to the chismisan/kwentuhan/bonding with Direk. He was so much fun to talk to (or listen to), so witty & nice. :) Here are photos from that busy day!

Thrifted dress & parka jacket, Parisian ballet flats, Chicify satchel bag

Didn't really feel like dressing up coz I was not feeling well. So I just wore a simple white dress, threw on a long parka and my favorite ballet flats. It was one of the most comfortable outfits-- in fairness!

attended the event with a different crowd--love them!:)

 with sarah, melai & anton!

 melai's outfit

 sarah's:)

Melai and I ran to Greenbelt next for our meeting with Close-Up. We had "issues" with them, but at the end of the day there's nothing that can't be fixed by humility, sincerity and laughter. A huge thanks to their brand team for taking the time to iron things out. :)

 love love na!

Passed by Forever 21 and SM for a quick shopping fix. Heh.
bet ko tong suede parisian boots! Bongga!

chunky heels--lavet

i shall return!

Perfect timing, that day Mich received a package for me from Kinney of Mis Cosas...
Tada! It's a 15"x25"x6" shopping bag or specifically Mis Cosas Crayola Carry Alls.

it's made of the most durable nylons around

it can fit up to 2-3 shopping bags inside! (inside are 2 pairs of shoes, clothes, groceries)

Trivia: they hung 18.5lbs worth of weights in it for 6 hours and it didn't break! Wowsa.

Go buy one for yourself, now na! I swear it's so useful. I also love that it comes with a cute pouch and it's available in different colors. It's perfect for the anti-plastic bag law that would be implemented next year. Plus, Mis Cosas is now using Multiply's new online shopping platform! So easy to buy this. Plus, it's super cheap for P250! ;)

Here are my buys for the day...
Forever 21 oxfords for Mich--naloka sha bigla ko binili for her. Lol!

Parisian boots (excited lang for Hongkong!)

thanks Giordano for this tee--watch out for their blogger's styling contest! Vote for my entry ha!:)

Anyway, I decided to give my body the rest that it deserves. Will be staying in today (my body had gone bozo--well it can only take so much sleepless nights and foodless days) just to recuperate. Hope I get better tomorrow. So many things to do! Argh. Have you saved the date??? December 3, Blogger's Bazaar! :) See you!

Pastels & Silk

A quick post before I doze off. Have a PFW date tomorrow with my bessy (and katandem stylist Jear) and we're planning to watch all shows! We missed a lot so we're making bawi tomorrow. Hehe. Anyway, here are photos from that one afternoon I met up with my blog sisters Ana and Melai for a meeting with Multiply.com for our Blogger's bazaar partnership. Bongga!

Posh Wardrobe silk top, thrifted skirt, Elle shoes, Malaysia bag

Love how the pink top matches with my light gray skirt! Added a polka belt for that cute pop of print:)

Obsessed with this embellished collar shirt!

Can't stop gushing over Ana's cute outfit!:)

Melai--chic as well:)

Our meeting was a success! I'm sure the 2nd Blogger's Bazaar would be a huge success now that we've partnered with Multiply!:) We have so many amazing plans. Excited!

After our meeting, I headed to Megamall to wait for Mich. While waiting I decided to pass by Forever 21 just to window shop. I failed as usual. Can you blame me? They were on sale! Bought 2 cute skirts for just P400!

I've been eyeing this black Rory Becca skirt since it came out! I immediately snatched it off the rack!

I even bumped into Steph Dy--owner of Pinkaholic Fashion Shoppe and her friend Mariel! I noticed them first coz they were so fasyown!

pretty girls:) so glad I finally met you!!

with one of my fave bloggers Steph:)

I also ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes. Yey! The cream glittery oxfords was a gift from Mich (went into full Puss in Boots mode to make her buy it for me haha) and the leopard print bow flats is from Parisian! Mich, I promise to buy you naman Topman shoes on Monday as a trade for the oxfords. Offset offset, parang tanga lang. Haha.

Oh and there's a newly opened Gong Cha in Megamall! Weeeeeeeeee!
